WHERE CAN I FIND THE NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION ON RICHARD’S PRODUCTS?

Richard’s Cajun Foods nutritional information can be found on the individual Products Page of the website. Nutritional information includes the nutritional fact panel and ingredients.
 

WHAT ARE THE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR RICHARD’S CAJUN FOODS PRODUCTS?

Our frozen entrees can be cooked in a microwave or oven.

If cooking in a microwave, there are 4 steps.

Step 1: remove bowl from carton. Cut a slit in the film.
Step 2: Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir and replace film.
Step 3: Cook an additional 2-3 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute.
Step 4: Stir thoroughly before serving, caution bowl will be hot.

If cooking in a conventional oven, there are 4 steps.

Step 1: remove bowl from carton. Do not pierce film.
Step 2: place bowl on a cookie sheet on center oven rack.
Step 3: heat at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes.
Step 4: Carefully remove film. Let stand for 1 minute before serving, caution bowl will be hot.

Our Andouille, Smoked Sausage and Krazy Cajun sausages can be cooked in boiling water for 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.

Richard’s Cajun Food Boudin can be cooked in boiling water for 7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
