Cheesy Egg & Andouille Sausage Sliders
Yield: 12 sliders
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Richard's Premium Andouille Sausage
- 12 Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
- 8 large Eggs, scrambled
- 6 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
- 8 slices American Cheese
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Warm large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until hot all the way through
- Meanwhile, using a serrated knife, cut rolls in half lengthwise (without breaking apart)
- Place bottom half of rolls in 7-10 inch or 9-13-inch baking dish; set roll tops aside
- Spoon scrambled eggs over bottom rolls; top with Pepper Jack cheese.
- Place cooked sausage on top of Pepper Jack layer then add layer of American cheese
- Carefully place bun tops back on
- Combine melted butter and maple syrup in small bowl. Brush over tops of rolls allowing mixture to drip down sides and onto the bottom. Use the entire amount!
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheeses are bubbly & melty. Serve hot and ENJOY!
