Crawfish, Crayfish, Crawdads–whatever you call them, they’re a true Cajun delicacy. Louisiana produces 90% of the crawfish in the world, and about 70% of that is eaten here, too! An old-fashioned Cajun crawfish boil is as fun as it is tasty–come on down and we’ll show you how it’s done.
A staple of Cajun cuisine, the Acadians first brought rice to Louisiana in the 18th century. Louisiana is now the 3rd largest producer of rice in the USA, and Richard’s uses only the best Louisiana rice in our Boudin, Gumbo, and other Cajun favorites.
