Cajun BBQ Salmon Fillet

Ingredients
- 1/2 Tbsp Richard's Premium BBQ Rub
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried mustard
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 4 (6oz) boneless salmon fillets, whole, frozen with skin on
Directions
- Thaw salmon. Place skin down on a large tray or baking sheet.
- Combine oil and spices, spread on top of salmon fillet.
- Grill on barbeque until done, about 15-20 minutes or bake in a 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove skin prior to serving.
