Boudin Stuffed-Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1/2 (16oz) package of Richard's Premium Boudin
  • 1lb white mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp coarse salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a baking sheet.
  2. Wash mushrooms and dry thoroughly. Remove stems and discard.
  3. In a large bowl, toss mushroom caps with olive oil and salt.
  4. Remove Boudin Sausage from casing and stuff mushroom caps.
  5. Place stuffed mushrooms on baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
