Cajun BBQ Salmon Fillet

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Tbsp Richard's Premium BBQ Rub
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried mustard
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 4 (6oz) boneless salmon fillets, whole, frozen with skin on

Directions

  1. Thaw salmon. Place skin down on a large tray or baking sheet.
  2. Combine oil and spices, spread on top of salmon fillet.
  3. Grill on barbeque until done, about 15-20 minutes or bake in a 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Remove skin prior to serving.
