Cajun Roll-Ups
Ingredients
- 1 (16oz) Richard's Premium Andouille Package (sliced)
- 2 (24oz) Richard's Bacon Packages
- 32-35 medium sized shrimp, peeled
- Round Toothpicks
Directions
- Cut premium andouille into 1/4 inch sliced discs.
- Hold one shrimp and one slice of andouille together. Wrap one slice of bacon around them tightly, and secure with a toothpick. Repeat this process for remaining ingredients.
- Place the roll-ups on a baking tray, lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake roll-ups for 15-18 minutes at 350 degrees F.
- Place roll-ups in a dish of your choice, discarding drippings.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
