Cajun Roll-Ups


  • 1 (16oz) Richard's Premium Andouille Package (sliced)
  • 2 (24oz) Richard's Bacon Packages
  • 32-35 medium sized shrimp, peeled
  • Round Toothpicks


  1. Cut premium andouille into 1/4 inch sliced discs.
  2. Hold one shrimp and one slice of andouille together. Wrap one slice of bacon around them tightly, and secure with a toothpick. Repeat this process for remaining ingredients.
  3. Place the roll-ups on a baking tray, lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake roll-ups for 15-18 minutes at 350 degrees F.
  5. Place roll-ups in a dish of your choice, discarding drippings.
  6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
