Tall Tree Foods and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) own and operate klements.com, www.richardscajunfoods.com and www.kyjusa.com and each of their associated applications and social media handles such as our Klement’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Richard’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (collectively, the “Sites”). This Tall Tree Foods Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes and informs you how we collect, use, share and disclose information from and about you when you visit our Sites. By using the Sites or accessing it in any manner, you acknowledge and agree to the practices and policies described to you in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using our Sites.

Our Sites do not support Do Not Track (DNT) at this time. HOW WE USE ANALYTICS SERVICES, INCLUDING GOOGLE ANALYTICS

UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND NOTIFICATIONS
We may change the Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new services, changes in our privacy practices or relevant laws. The “Last updated” at the bottom of this Privacy Policy indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised. Any changes are effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the services.
